Effective August 13, 2026. This notice explains how information submitted through the Full Circle Signage quote shop is handled.
How we use it
We use your information to review the request, prepare pricing and design proofs, answer questions, and coordinate an approved order, production, and delivery.
Who may receive it
Information may be shared with service providers that support secure storage, email, production, fulfillment, or delivery, only as reasonably needed to complete your request or approved order.
File retention
Quote files are generally retained while a request is active and for up to 12 months after the last project contact. Approved-order records may be retained longer for normal business, tax, warranty, or legal needs.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete quote information that is no longer needed, subject to normal legal and business record requirements. Email hello@fullcirclebuilt.com.
Keep uploads appropriate
Please submit only files you are authorized to use and avoid sensitive personal, financial, medical, or identity information. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely risk-free.
